Company Policies

A 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment date and time. This amount will be deducted off the whole service cost.
This is non-refundable under any circumstances but we allow you to reschedule your appointment once if needed and with more than 48 hours notice.

You may reschedule your appointment directly on our website.

Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the booking fee. Any appointments cancelled or not attended after rescheduling will also lose the booking fee.

For appointments in which we have to order in hair such as box braids, wavy dreads and dreads or any other service, the booking fee is non refundable under any circumstances as we order the hair as soon as the fee is paid.

There are no refunds for any of our services under any circumstances. We do not refund or buy back any used hair due to hygiene reasons. This is consumer law.

Braids and braided hairstyles will not be suitable for everyone, we do not know your scalp and how sensitive it is or how it will like having braided hair or weaves, dreadlocs or anything else we provide. Please ensure you leave 1 week between removing braids before further styles or reinstalls to allow the scalp time to rest. Ensure any hairdye, perms or any hair conditioning treatments or similar have been done at least 1 week before having any braid styles, wavy dreads, dreadlocs or box braids.

Unfortunately some customers may not be able to have braids, scalps may be sensitive or sore after braiding. The weight of extensions may not be something your scalp likes but this is not something we can predict. A small minority may find they are allergic to ingredients or colourants in synthetic hair and can not have synthetic hair.

We do not guarantee the longevity of your braids. This will depend on your hair type, length and thickness and style you choose. It depends of your aftercare and activities you do. Swimming and washing will shorter the lifespan of your braids. Thick hair may hold braids better than fine or thin hair. It is one of those ‘how long is a piece of string’ questions.

We accept no responsibility for any adverse reactions. Please ask us if you would like to test a bit of synthetic hair worn on your wrist prior to having braids which may help give you an indication of any allergies.

We can not guarantee longevity of your braids. You can help them to last by following aftercare advice found HERE.

By booking an appointment with us you are accepting and agreeing that you have read and agreed to our policies.

All items bought from our online store and posted out come under consumer rights law.

You may return items to us if you need by emailing us.

Some items will not be refundable due to hygiene reasons, this will be noted on the product item listing.

Courses

Our accredited courses are classed as business to business for people to learn to start their own braiding business and as such come under B2B terms and conditions. There are no refunds on any of our course bookings. You may reschedule if needed if you let us know at least 4 weeks before the course start date.

We offer courses as and when so may not have a set date in which we can move your booking to and this is at our discretion.

We understand that illness and emergencies happen; but unfortunately we can not refund any no shows or last minute cancellations as this negatively affects our business.
